Trafalgar court is the largest and one of the highest spec Grade A offices to be built in the island, offering 110,000 sqft of granite clad office spaces, overlooking the beautiful Guernsey East coast and Islands of Herm and Sark. A syndicate of HNW’s and third party debt providers facilitated the largest purchase ever seen in Guernsey (£64m). This generated a significant amount of Conveyance tax receipts for the Island. The asset was successfully managed through the difficult property downturn achieving year on year rental increases. The banks were repaid in full when it was sold to a large South African fund in 2015.
